We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager based in North America (remote position) to help with proactive and reactive support with our customers across North America. You'll work managing a portfolio of elite youth, college, and professional organizations - across various sports - to help them through onboarding, educating them on best practices, new functionalities, and help increase the value Spiideo delivers to their organization.

What will I be doing? 🚀

- You'll manage a book of accounts of both Spiideo Perform and Spiideo Play customers, with the objective of driving deep product adoption
- You'll leverage high-touch and one-to-many tactics to drive positive customer outcomes
- You'll be in charge of onboarding customers and teaching them best practices
- You'll be in charge of running implementation projects with more high-touch customers
- Independently and successfully manage a high volume of account related tasks including: growth opportunities, support, support case escalation, and live chat communication
- You'll partner closely with Sales, to create a seamless customer experience
- You'll be deeply involved in shaping what Customer Success looks like at Spiideo
- Contribute to a positive team environment of equity and inclusion

What we’re looking for! 

- 2+ years experience working in a customer facing organization
- Passion for customer success and get joy out of seeing our customers succeed
- Ability to understand and communicate complex problems clearly and concisely to different personas (Owners, Executives, Coaches, Analysts, Broadcasters, etc)
- Self-motivated, positive, team first attitude
- A proven track record of adding real value at a dynamic and fast growth company

- Adaptive to working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
-Outstanding communication skills, which includes written communication, being a great listener and observer, and excellent presentation skills
- Passionate about sports

This is a remote-based position which can be anywhere in North America. Spiideo headquarters is based out of Malmo, Sweden.
