About the role

The Director of Customer Support will direct and oversee Spiideo’s customer service operations.

We are now looking to expand the Spiideo team further, by adding a Director of Customer Support from within the Customer Success department. You will have an essential role in building and shaping our Customer Support team and operations globally. 

What we are looking for:
  • 3 years of experience within the competence area
  • Experience managing and growing a Customer Support team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated by working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bonus: familiarity using Intercom
A brief overview of what you will be doing at Spiideo:
  • Lead and grow the Customer Support team - ownership to scale Customer Support operations
  • Define and drive the global Customer Support strategy for our different customer segments
  • Develop and implement methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to rapidly improve the customer experience
  • Establish performance metrics and SLA's for the Customer Support team
  • Help influence product development and improvements
